I left the premise, and the characters in the series. Ms White tackles some serious human nature issues while building an incredible apocalyptic setting for the drama to play out in. I only wish the editing was better. She loses a star for me because of all of the spelling, punctuation, and general grammar misses throughout the series. But don't let that stop you from taking an enjoyable ride along with Angela and her Eagles.
Another great part of the story. Loved it and how they made it out alive. Still not sure about the “killer kids” but I’m sure Angela has that all ready planned out. I absolutely love this series and can’t wait to read the next installment.
Getting the early first release of a new book in the LAW series always has its good and bad points, but you know the book will never be boring, and you will wish the book didn't end so fast (and you will be chomping at the bit for the early release of the next book in the series, even though you know it will be full of errors). Angela White is a talented writer that is able to grab and hold a readers attention from the very first paragraph.
I love this series. It entails the most detailed planning for the future after mind-bending catastrophic events that I’ve ever read. Her ability to process and relate simply what is going to be needed not only for survival, but the rebuilding of a viable society is mind-boggling in its entirety.
The interaction of the characters and the supernatural elements make this series a thought provoking and excellent read. It’s one of those compilations of characters, their humanity or lack thereof, their triumphs and tribulations that one never wants to end. I could go on reading sequels into infinity.

Book 10 in the LAW series is another great installment in this series. I feel almost guilty reading and finishing it in 2 or 3 days when I know it takes Angela a year or more to write it. I enjoy her writing so much that I find myself slowing down toward the end, knowing that I'll have to wait another year to get my fix of Safe Haven's characters' travails and victories. I find that I'm both happy (for enjoying the great entertainment) and sad (for finishing the books) with Angela's works. Thank you again for providing your readers with such prolific and excellent writing talent.
Well, completed the latest book in the series. Started this series in 2014, when 6 books were completed. Starting in July 2018, found that book 11 was available. So reread book 6 to refresh my memory then devoured books 7 - 11. Of course, writing great reviews of each. This book brings a lot together in preparation for safe havens journey to the island, as well as solidifying many side stories and relationships. ENJOYED every page of this book. To Angela White. Write faster so I don't have to wait a few years for the next books in the series. I am getting old Nadine to read the final book of the series. WRITE FASTER PLEASE.
My favorite series! This book was awesome. Always sad to be finished. But seriously, setting sail was kick ass. So excited they're finally on the boat. I can only imagine what is in store for them on open seas! And Angie...holy moly. She just keeps getting more bad ass. So many amazing moments in this book.
